PROPOSAL FOR A DIRECTIVE ON SERVICES IN THE INTERNAL MARKET

The proposal for a Directive on services in the internal market could throw the European model of collective copyright management into question. For that reason, GESAC wants collective copyright management to be placed outside the scope of the proposed directive.
